Director

Dr. Tan has more than 25 years experience in banking, financing, trusts, securities and investments. His leading positions have included being Hebei Provincial Governor of the Industrial & Commercial Bank of China, member of the Board of Governors of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (1996 - 2004) and Chairman of Beijing United Securities and Baoren Assets Management. He was also one of the members that drafted and revised the Chinese Laws for Banking and Securities. He is currently the Chairman, Beijing Yingrebao Investments, managing funds of over 30 billion RMB. Dr. Tan obtained his Ph.D. in economics from the Xiamen University, China in 1999.
