Top 100 Elites Gathered in Shenzhen, Professional Development Contributed to Win-Win
??? China Building Decoration Top 100 Enterprises Summit and Top 100 Building Materials Brands Press Release of 2011 was held on November 6-7, 2012 at Wuzhou Hotel of Shenzhen. The meeting was aim to communicate and summarize the development experience of the top 100 enterprises, expand social influence of the top 100 evaluation activities, improve social popularity of the top 100 enterprises, and promote the top 100 enterprises to establish strategic cooperation with project owners and material manufacturers. Leaders of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China, leaders of China Building Decoration Association, leaders of China Real Estate Association, leaders of top 100 China building decoration enterprises, designer representative, and representatives of building decoration material enterprises attended the meeting.

??? SDCIC, as the enterprise ranking on the fourth place among the top 100 China building decoration enterprises and as one of the enterprises of the presidium of the summit, took part in this event. Hu Zhengfu, general manager of the company gave a speech titled “Professionalism, the path for enterprises to become stronger and larger” in the special report meeting. General Manager Hu proposed the strategy of professional development—business adjustment strategy and framework adjustment strategy. The two strategies were described separately from the four business lines, four owner lines, and establishment of the business department. In the 15-minute speech, General Manager Hu shared the experience of the company in the path of professional development with his own insight and extractive descriptions.

During the summit, the cultural building decoration engineering peak forum, designer saloon, commodity housing decoration engineering peak forum, and modern commercial space design and construction forum which were consecutively held provided opportunities to owners, enterprises, designers, material manufacturers to communicate face-to-face. Representatives of the enterprises in the trade participated in the summit actively. The summit was unprecedented. In the evening of November 7, the summit was successfully closed with a grand awarding ceremony.
