Past President and Chief Executive Officer, QLT Inc., BC, Canada. Dr. Levy was a founding scientist and business associate of QLT.

Dr. Levy is an Officer of the Order of Canada, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada, a former President of the Canadian Federation of Biological Sciences.

Formerly a member of the National Advisory Board of Science and Technology and Chair of the Premier of British Columbia’s Advisory Council for Science and Technology, she was awarded the Gold Medal from the Science Council of British Columbia.

Dr. Levy serves as a Director for a number of early-stage biotechnology companies as well as the Working Opportunity Fund, a venture capital company based in British Columbia.

She has received numerous honors and awards. Dr. Levy received a PhD in Immunology from the University of London.
