C.M.A. – Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Quan， as a Certified Management Accountant with more than 30 years experience, has served as a Senior Financial Officer with companies ranging from start-ups to publicly traded companies, including several life science/pharmaceutical companies. He has been responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting for the companies, including completion of Financial Statements and Management Reports, regulatory accounting and the development of accounting procedures and controls, budgeting and forecasting, as well as specialized financial modeling. Harvey is currently providing financial and consulting services to a number of organizations in the high technology sectors including Biotechnology.
