PROJECT MANAGER - DRUG DEVELOPMENT
Welichem Biotech Inc. is a drug development company based on discoveries of small molecular compounds that have natural immunomodulating and anti-cancer properties.
Our development team is looking for a project manager with track-record of drug development experiences in the drug development industry.
Requirements
Minimum BA/B.Sc. in a Scientific or Technical discipline, with significant cross-functional, project management experience in the drug development and regulatory industry. Must have proven track record managing development projects and strong technical knowledge of project management processes. Candidate must be able to effectively communicate. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have experiences with project management software applications and tools. Only applicants with significant experience in this field will be considered.
Responsibilities
This person will be responsible for managing development activities of CROs throughout the pre-clinical development. Responsible for overall project management of cross-functional development teams in CROs including project planning, budgeting and resource planning, tracking, and risk management. Must be able to identify critical paths and prioritize activities across multiple functions to ensure timely completion of project goals and milestones. Must align development activities, objectives, and priorities with core team and corporate goals. Routinely communicate project status and present to senior management project plans, issues, and recommendations. Effectively use project management methods and tools to ensure team performance.
